Diego is from Costa Rica and holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering with honors From Concordia University, and he is an ex-professor of cryptocurrency and blockchain at the Institute of Trading and Finance of Montreal. Some of his experience and knowledge include parallel computing and supercomputer clustering for sequencing and assembly of genetic algorithms for cancer research, aerospace system engineer for in-flight troubleshooting, and system design and integration of avionics and cabin systems for Collins Aerospace. He also served as the CTO of a CryptoCurrency News Engine and Trading Platform, supervising 4 Phds in neural networks, and natural language processing, and 6 developers. He was a consultant to a top-tier Wall Street research firm for technology integration and financial systems for the equity market.
